Every stitch, every thread, every design in this collection carries the heartbeat of my roots. My inspiration flows from the lush gardens of my grandmother’s home in San Nicolaas and my parents’ sanctuary in Tanki Flip. These gardens were more than places—they were where my childhood unfolded, filled with laughter, love, and the nurturing hands of my grandmother, my aunts, my mom, my brothers and my dad.

My brand, MAISON RYON, is not just created on Aruba; it is of Aruba. Designed, sewn, and manufactured with pride on this island, it represents a vision—an Aruba where fearless creators thrive, boldly shaping a future driven by passion, artistry, and community.

With MEMORIA HARDIN we take another step forward. We are honoring our foundation while unveiling new product lines, pushing boundaries and bringing dreams to life.

This collection, MEMORIA HARDIN 2025, is deeply personal. It is a love letter to my mother, Greta, and her sisters—Carmen, Swinda, and Trina. Their strength, beauty, and memories are the roots that continue to blossom in my work.

The phrase that I wrote for this collection is:

“E tesoronan di mi memoria ta florece den un bida nobo” in Papiamento, translated to English: “My treasured memories, blossom into a new life” that can be seen on the collection silk scarves and foulards.
